Formerly 'Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card'; renamed Prime Visa on 2023-05-01 when Chase added 5% on Chase Travel and 2% on local transit/commuting (incl. rideshare) and moved rewards posting from monthly to daily. Earn structure unchanged through Sept 2026 (verified on Chase's page). Rewards are '% back' tracked as points: 100 points = $1, redeemable at Amazon.com checkout, as cash back/statement credit, gift cards, or Chase travel; no expiration while open. The 5% tier is tied to the Amazon.com account the card is loaded in: if that account loses Prime, or the card is loaded into multiple/other Amazon accounts, it drops to 3% until you confirm the card under Manage Payment Options. 5% is NOT earned via Amazon Pay at third-party sites, on international Amazon sites, or on travel booked direct with airlines/hotels (only via Chase Travel). Prime-only extras: 10%+ back on a rotating selection of Amazon.com items, and promotional +1% (6% total) for Amazon Day / No-Rush delivery. Targeted chase.com/mybonus offers ran Jul 1 - Sep 30, 2026 (5-9% at grocery/gas/restaurants on up to $1,000). Reported not subject to Chase 5/24. Balance transfer and cash advance fee: $5 or 4%. APR 18.74%-27.49% variable (pricing & terms). Amazon Fresh in-store and Audible.com purchases earn the 5% tier but have no dedicated taxonomy key; filed under the amazon entry.
