Issuer wording: 'Unlimited 2% cash back on all other business purchases' PLUS 'Unlimited 2.5% total cash back on purchases of $5,000 or more' - any single transaction of $5,000+ (in any category) earns 2.5% instead of 2%. Rewards are Ultimate Rewards points worth a fixed 1 cent each; they cannot be combined with other Chase cards or transferred to partners, so the card is modeled as pure cash back.

Notes
High-spend business cash-back card: unlimited 2% on everything, 2.5% on any single purchase of $5,000+, and 5% on Chase Travel. It is a pay-in-full ('charge') card with a Flex for Business balance for financing eligible $500+ purchases at 17.74%-28.49% variable APR; no preset credit limit. Rewards are technically Ultimate Rewards points but are worth a flat 1 cent and CANNOT be combined with Sapphire/Ink Preferred or transferred to travel partners (NerdWallet, Frequent Miler, Upgraded Points, TPG all confirm), so the card is filed with currency 'cash'. Rental-car CDW is primary ONLY for business-purpose rentals in the US (secondary for personal US rentals; primary abroad). No Instacart+/DashPass credits (those are on Ink Cash/Unlimited and Ink Preferred respectively). 2026 changes: effective 2026-03-27 Chase cash-back redemptions can no longer be deposited to a non-Chase bank account (statement credit, Chase deposit, travel, gift cards remain); Lyft 5% extended through 2027-09-30. Chase 5/24: business cards do not add to your count, but you must be under 5/24 to be approved (TPG). Pricing & terms (Sept 2026): Flex for Business APR 17.74%-28.49% variable (Prime 6.75% + 10.99%-21.74%, max 29.99%); late fee $40 or 2% of the minimum payment due, whichever is greater; cash advance $15 or 5%. Guide to Benefits BGC10896 (Ink Business Premier and Ink Business Preferred, effective 10/01/24); Chase's CDN link on the product page was 404 on 2026-09-08, so numbers were read from a DansDeals mirror of the same PDF and cross-checked against Chase's product/benefits pages and Upgraded Points.
